TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF.
I’m south Edmonton born and raised, which might not sound exciting, but it’s been pretty cool watching the neighborhoods I grew up in evolve with stylish infill homes and fresh energy. At heart, I’m an artist. I’m always working on something. Right now it’s watercolor, macramé, and pyrography. I love DIY projects around the house too. Styles change, and I think it’s fun (and kind of freeing) to express yourself through your space. I’m a big believer in enjoying the little things.
WHAT INTIALLY BROUGHT YOU TO KANVI HOMES?
I have been working in the local home industry for 13 years and I was drawn to Kanvi because of their standout designs, but what really resonates with me is how much care they put into understanding each client’s vision. There’s a genuine commitment here to doing things thoughtfully, from the first conversation to the final build. The culture is incredibly collaborative, and I love that we’re always learning & staying on top of the best construction practices.
WHAT DO YOU THINK THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR HOMEBUYERS NEED TO CONSIDER ?
Reflect on how they actually live day-to-day. Where do they spend the most time? What spaces bring them joy, calm, or connection? It’s not just about hitting square footage, it’s about how a home supports your routines, your family, and your well-being. A well-designed home can improve your habits, your mindset, and even your relationships. Look for a builder who’s willing to slow down, listen deeply, and create something meaningful.

The level of customer involvement we want you to have when building your home. The visualization process before the build starts is incredibly detailed and exciting. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE KANVI MODEL & WHY?
It’s tough to pick just one, but right now, I’m loving the Onyx. The moment you walk in, the sightlines are incredible. You get that open-to-above spacious greeting, a gorgeous view of the kitchen, and a main floor den that looks out onto the backyard. It’s the kind of layout that feels both spacious and grounded, and I could totally see myself spending time there.

WHICH UPGRADE FROM ANY KANVI HOME DO YOU WISH WAS IN YOUR HOME ?
Definitely a hidden butler’s pantry. I love the idea of having a quiet little space tucked away. Somewhere I could escape to, experiment with new recipes, or just sit down with a notebook and write. It’s like having a secret creative nook right off the kitchen, and I think that kind of space adds so much soul to a home.
